At the Italian High School for Science and Technology, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy to protect all parties involved.
- Registration and Examination Fees
- Non-refundable under any circumstances,
except for emergency cases such as:
- Forced relocation or travel
- Critical medical conditions
(Subject to official documentation and school approval)
- Tuition Fees
- Tuition fees may be refunded only in limited cases, according to the school’s official refund policy.
- Administrative, educational, and logistical costs will be deducted.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation and will be reviewed individually.
Refund method:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the transaction.
- Processing time may take up to 14 working days after official approval.
